In the Presence Of Erdogan: The Opening of the New Metro Line in Istanbul

Gabze-Halkali railway line along the Marmaray metro line, which is 13.6 kilometers long, was inaugurated today.
The remaining 63 kilometers of the railway line will be opened after Marmaray within the 76.6 km railway line between Gabze and Halkali.
A total of 38 new surface stations have been built on the Asian side of the city, and 11 stations on the European side to be in service for Istanbul residents.
Seven of these stations are inter-suburban transfer stations (Gebze, Pendik, Maltepe, Bostanci, Bakirkoy, and Halkali)
The other 31 stations will serve as suburban stops for Marmaray trains only.
Istanbul's new metro line serves 1 million passengers per jour!
It is planned to transfer one million passengers a day via the new metro line in Istanbul, where it is possible to move from Gebze to Halkali in an hour and 40 minutes only!
Within the scope of the project itself, the express train departing from Ankara will arrive in Istanbul and will be able to stop in Gebze, Pendik, Maltepe, Bostanci, Söğütlüçeşme, Bakirkoy and Halkali.
Yeşilköy and Göztepe stations were also fixed in the project framework.
New stations have been rebuilt in areas from that list. 14 historic station and all historic buildings on the suburban road.
Even suburban trains and high-speed trains will work together at the same time for comfort and speed while relocating.
